Buying or using anything from Steady90 means you agree to these terms. They're written to be read.

The most important term: education, not medicine

Steady90 provides educational content only. Nothing on this site or in our products is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing here creates a provider–patient relationship. Always consult your physician before changing your diet, supplements, exercise, or anything related to medication — especially if you take medication that lowers blood sugar, since improving your numbers can change what dose you need. Never start, stop, or adjust a medication except with your prescriber. References to research describe published average findings; individual results vary, and no outcome — including any specific A1C change — is promised or guaranteed.

What you're buying

Digital products: lifetime access to the materials in your purchase, delivered by email and through your My Steady90 library. "Lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of Steady90; if we ever wind down, we'll give you notice and downloadable copies. The Steady Table is a monthly subscription: it renews automatically until you cancel, delivers a monthly member drop by email, and you can cancel anytime from the link in any receipt or by emailing us — cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid month.

The refund policy (the whole thing)

60 days, one email, no questions. Email hello@steady90.co within 60 days of any one-time purchase and we refund it in full — no forms, no phone call, no convincing anyone. Subscription months already delivered aren't refunded, but cancellation is instant and the current month's drop stays yours.

Your license, and its one limit

Your purchase licenses you — one person — to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use, forever, including printing anything you like. It does not license sharing access links, reselling, republishing, or using the materials to build competing products or to train AI systems. Access links are personal; sharing them may result in access being reset (we'll always talk to you first).

Accounts and access

Your email address is your key. Keep it current — email us to change it. We may refuse or refund service to anyone abusing the refund policy, sharing access at scale, or being cruel to the human reading the support inbox (she's real).

Liability, in plain terms

To the maximum extent the law allows: our products are provided "as is," our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law says it can't be limited. You agree to use the materials at your own judgment and alongside — never instead of — your own medical care.

Housekeeping

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Steady90's operating entity is registered. If a piece of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stand. If the terms change materially, we'll email before the change applies to you. Questions: hello@steady90.co.
