This is the plain-English version, because you deserve one: we collect only what we need to deliver what you bought or asked for, we never sell your information, and one email gets you deleted. Details below.
When you take the Steady Score quiz: your name, email address, and your quiz answers (used to personalize your report and emails). When you purchase: your name, email, and purchase history. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your card number. When you use the site: standard technical logs, and a sign-in cookie (below). If you buy Steady90 Complete: your intake answers, used solely to build your Personal Protocol.
To deliver your products and account access; to send the emails you signed up for (your Steady Score series, purchase deliveries, and — if you subscribe — membership drops); to personalize what you see; and to run the business (receipts, refunds, support). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone, ever. Health-related answers you share (quiz or intake) are used only to personalize your materials and are never shared with advertisers.
A short list of processors, each doing one job: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and DigitalOcean (our server). Each holds only what its job requires.
One cookie that matters: a secure sign-in cookie so your library remembers you and you don't re-enter your email on every visit. No third-party advertising cookies on our pages today; if we ever add measurement tools for our own ads, this policy will say so first.
Every marketing email includes one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects access to products you purchased. Transactional emails (receipts, product delivery, account links) are sent as needed to serve you.
Email hello@steady90.co to see the data we hold on you, correct it, export it, or delete it — we honor deletion requests regardless of where you live, within 30 days. California and EU/UK residents have specific statutory rights (access, deletion, portability, non-discrimination); the same email is the way to exercise all of them.
